Accountants dig for facts in thriving forensic field

“All the information…must pass cross-examination in the witness box,” said Bob Lindquist, a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Lindquist, a forensic accountant for more than 25 years, has been an expert witness on more than 60 occasions. Cross-examination during trials helped him hone skills and identify weaknesses in information gathering and reporting, he said.
